Schematic Of Light Strip Modification to existing Light Kits

This is how to convert your V2 or V3 light kit to power the light strip with Transmitter control

Do this Mod at your own risk !

 

Lazertoyz Light Strip (JST and balance connectors  not included)

  • Runs off of 9-13 volts DC ( a 3 cell battery is perfect)
  • 3 cell battery works great-
  • use a balance connector if you want a disconnect

When you order more than 1 foot of 1 color you will receive an uncut length of that color

You can use the outside connectors of this balance connector to supply power to the strip. I pull the two center pins out to prevent a short . $3.00 for the connector

 

 

Light Strips (6" or 12") with pre-soldered JST

Can be used alone with a 3 cell battery or daisy chained in unlimited lengths. Just supply a 3 cell battery with 10-12 volts.
